You now have more control over the way your reports will look. You can select font types, sizes, styles (bold, underline, italic, all caps, etc.) and colors.
A mini report writer provides easy-to-use tools which you can create reports based on the data you select, in the format you want, from any module you choose. You can also place graphic images such as your logo or photo in your reports.
- Graphical Reports
Bar, line or pie graphs are now available in each module to allow you to view your financial data in a format other than text. At the click of a button you can select the graph you want and present your data in a visual format.
- Report Memorization
Your report setups can now be quickly and easily memorized and can optionally include filters.
- Built-in Backup and Restore
This new security enhancement lets you quickly and easily back
up your important financial data right from BusinessWorks® Gold
to a floppy disk, ZipT drive or to your hard drive.
- Enhanced Bank Reconciliation
To save time, you can clear a range of checks. Cash withdrawal transaction type is now available. While viewing deposits from A/P, you can also review deposits that originated from A/R in the bank transaction report.
